Creosote isn’t just a nuisance, it’s a tinderbox. In Lacey’s dry climate, even a small amount can ignite with terrifying speed. Our crew uses high-powered vacuums and brushes designed to break down tarry buildup without damaging your flue. We’ll also inspect for rust, mortar deterioration, or animal nests that most sweeps miss. If your chimney’s been neglected, you’ll know exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it, no vague ‘your chimney needs work’ nonsense. Pricing starts at $120 for a basic sweep, but if we find hidden issues, we’ll explain the cost upfront so you’re never surprised.
Call about this serviceLacey’s older neighborhoods have chimneys that hide problems behind a clean facade. Water stains on your ceiling? That’s often a sign of a cracked flue or failed cap. Our inspections include a camera scope to spot cracks, corrosion, or improper lining that could void your home warranty. We’ve helped Lacey sellers avoid last-minute surprises and buyers negotiate repairs before closing. Our reports are written in plain English, not industry jargon, so you’ll know exactly what’s wrong and whether it’s a $200 fix or a $2,000 project. Inspections start at $150, and we’ll often find issues that justify the cost in one trip.
Call about this serviceIf you’ve got a pellet stove in your Lacey home, you’re probably paying more for fuel than you should. A clogged flue or dirty stove pipe forces your system to work harder, burning through pellets faster and leaving soot everywhere. We clean the entire system, from the stove pipe to the chimney cap, so your stove runs cleaner and lasts longer. Many Lacey homeowners don’t realize their stove’s efficiency drops by 20% or more when the chimney’s dirty. Our stove-specific service starts at $180 and includes a check for carbon monoxide leaks, which are more common with pellet stoves than fireplaces.
Call about this serviceA chimney that’s been leaking smoke into your Lacey home isn’t just annoying, it’s dangerous. Our crew repairs cracks with high-temperature mortar and installs stainless steel liners that last 20+ years. We’ve seen too many Lacey homes where a small crack turned into a $5,000 repair because the problem was ignored. If your chimney’s older than 20 years, it’s likely due for a reline. We’ll give you an honest assessment of whether it’s worth repairing or if you should consider a new chimney. Repairs start at $350, and we stand by our work with a 5-year warranty on liners.
Call about this serviceNothing ruins a Lacey winter faster than a chimney fire or a fireplace that won’t stay lit. If you smell gas, see smoke in your living room, or hear popping sounds from your chimney, call us immediately. We’ll arrive within 2 hours (or sooner if it’s a true emergency) and diagnose the problem on the spot. Most issues are simple fixes, like a clogged cap or a loose damper, but we’ve also stopped chimney fires before they spread. Our emergency service fee is $200 for the first hour, but we’ll waive it if the problem is critical. No questions asked.
Call about this serviceIf you light your fireplace every weekend in Lacey’s cold months, you’re probably sweating over creosote buildup every October. Our maintenance plan removes all the uncertainty from keeping your chimney in shape. For $250 a year, you get two sweeps, a free inspection, and priority scheduling, no waiting when the weather turns. We’ve had Lacey families on this plan for years because it’s cheaper than paying piecemeal and guarantees you won’t get stuck with a last-minute emergency fee.
